Frequently asked questions

Why are no health values displayed?

Open the Health app on your iPhone and make sure Health Metrics Widgets has permission to read the relevant health categories.

Why does a widget not update immediately?

Widget refresh timing is managed by iOS. Updates may not appear instantly, even when new data is available.

Does the app upload my health data?

No. The app reads selected data directly from Apple Health on your device. Health data is not sent to the developer.
